Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a domain expert in Value Stream Management, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile Execution.
  • Align agency goals with ValueOps solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across IT and business units.
  • Engage early in the decision-making process.
  • Lead adoption efforts and maintain engagement records.
  • Direct internal team members within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile Operations Division offerings.
  • Perform solution demos and proof of value.
  • Present solution roadmaps and adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management.
  • Contribute to account marketing activities and territory knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Federal agencies and/or integrators.
  • Strong customer empathy and partnership mindset.
  • Background in PPM and Agile management solutions.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Ability to define and present software solutions for business problems.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into solutions.
  • Broad understanding of business and IT operations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • US Government Secret clearance or above preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $103,000 – $164,000 annually
  • Discretionary annual bonus and equity opportunities
