Technical Service Engineer – In-Service Programs (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for aerospace products within the international service and repair network.
• Process and coordinate technical inquiries related to fleet operations, repair solutions, product modifications, and special customer solutions.
• Develop technical solutions for in-service issues in collaboration with design, testing, suppliers, and related departments.
• Support Program Support Management in clarifying warranty and goodwill cases.
• Represent the company at international operator conferences and technical workshops.
• Create and coordinate verification plans for aircraft products.
• Support and monitor verification activities for ground service equipment.
• Participate in a 24/7 AOG (Aircraft on Ground) on-call service to handle urgent technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Business fluent English skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% travel annually).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotations.
