We are looking for a Technical Documentation Manager in our Customer Success team to join us on this exciting journey!
YOUR MISSION
As a
Technical Documentation Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Documentation Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement documentation strategy, roadmaps, define documentation standards, processes, and best practices
- Ensure alignment with product releases and updates.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation multimedia content (videos, tutorials, FAQs)
- Ensure that documentation is optimized for accessibility, user experience, and SEO.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand product functionality, gather requirements, and clarify complex technical information.
- Liaise with customer support and sales teams to gather feedback on documentation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly audit and update documentation and implement feedback loops with internal teams to continuously improve the documentation’s quality.
- Ensure documentation consistency across platforms and delivery formats, including web, mobile, and PDF.
