Meet Your Team: Rewarded Solutions

The Rewarded Solutions team develops technology behind adjoe’s high-impact rewarded engagement products, serving over 57 million daily users. Our stack includes:

• Native Android and iOS SDKs (Java/Kotlin and Swift)
• Customizable offerwall apps using React TypeScript
• High-performance Golang backend on AWS
• Data systems: AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, MySQL

You’ll be building innovative ad experiences that seamlessly integrate into top mobile apps, backed by scalable tech and robust analytics.

What You Will Do

• Support app publishers by troubleshooting SDK integration issues — from basic code problems to configuration fine-tuning.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and collaborate with Product to develop scalable solutions.
• Manage the onboarding of new app partners and ensure seamless technical integration.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for SDK integration processes.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to help partners maximize value from adjoe’s solutions.
• Analyze data and create actionable insights to help the business and supply teams reach their KPIs.
• Join an international, English-speaking team scaling our adtech platform to hundreds of millions of users.

Who You Are

• Skilled at explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Confident working with data and documenting insights via spreadsheets or wiki pages.
• Strong team player and communicator across departments.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying large datasets.
• A customer advocate who shares actionable feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript — and you know “cookies” aren’t always edible in tech.
• Understand how systems interact and can debug REST API issues confidently.
• Plus: Experience with Java or building apps.
• Huge Plus: Direct experience helping app publishers integrate SDKs and troubleshoot launch issues.
