Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow our international Frontend Team (currently 3 people, with plans for expansion)
  • Mentor, coach, and guide team members while actively contributing to development work
  • Build and maintain user-facing solutions using modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and Angular (SPAs, microfrontends, SSR)
  • Collaborate closely with Designers and Product Managers to ensure high-quality UX
  • Champion and evolve frontend engineering best practices, promoting innovation
  • Conduct code reviews, lead engineering workshops, and drive knowledge sharing

Bring to the Team

  • Professional experience developing web applications
  • Strong experience with Angular; knowledge of other frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus
  • Understanding of component-based architecture
  • Experience with Node.js and TypeScript is a plus
  • Previous leadership experience is a bonus
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and results-driven attitude
  • Fluent in business English and able to communicate clearly and effectively
