As the Team Lead Account Management (f/m/x) at exmox, you won’t just manage partners; you will join another Lead in mentoring and scaling our high-performing Account Management department.

You will play a pivotal role in setting the standard for partner relationships, designing team-wide commercial strategies, and driving collective revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry and adtech landscape, paired with a natural ability to coach others and execute strategic, high-impact growth initiatives.

In This Role You Will

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide, coach, and elevate a team of Account Managers.
• Foster a culture of high performance.
• Assist with complex negotiations.
• Support the professional growth of your team members.

Hands-On Key Account Management

• Directly manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value, top-tier mobile gaming accounts.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and day-to-day performance.
• Drive partner success from the front lines.

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Scaling

• Drive the team’s overall commercial playbook.
• Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue.
• Establish best practices for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maximize client Lifetime Value (LTV).

Standardizing Data-Driven Insights

• Champion a data-first approach across the team.
• Oversee the monitoring of complex KPIs.
• Guide your team in turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Support the creation of professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Unified Product Voice

• Bridge the gap between the commercial organization and Product.
• Aggregate team-wide partner feedback.
• Translate feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements and high-impact, revenue-driving features.

Cross-Functional Optimization

• Lead initiatives to streamline internal workflows.
• Resolve structural challenges by collaborating closely with leadership in Product, Marketing, and Support.

What You Bring

Proven Leadership

• 2 to 3 years of direct leadership, team-lead, or people management experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and scaling account management or commercial teams.

Deep Industry Expertise

• 5+ years of total experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, user acquisition, or related digital industries.

Data-Driven Mindset

• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Ability to interpret sales data beyond your own accounts.
• Ability to teach your team how to turn insights into actionable client strategies.

Commercial Hunter Mentality

• A sales-driven personality focused on moving the needle.
• Constantly identify opportunities to significantly increase performance and revenue.
• Coach your team to ask, “How can we double these numbers?”
• Drive exponential growth through commercial initiatives.

Exceptional Communication

• Full professional fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to challenge client assumptions.
