Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking MBA Interns who are passionate about technology, AI, and sustainability.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and executive team to drive strategic initiatives,
build scalable processes, and pioneer AI-driven workflows.

• Work on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Leverage AI and data to improve decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Gain hands-on experience scaling a technology company

The Role

AI & Agentic Workflows

• Champion AI adoption across operations, sales, and product
• Design and deploy AI-driven and agentic workflows
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI tools and LLMs

Data Infrastructure & Analytics

• Build real-time dashboards and KPI reporting
• Analyze data using SQL and analytical tools
• Identify gaps in data systems and propose scalable solutions

Process Optimization & SOPs

• Document standard operating procedures across functions
• Ensure processes are clear, accessible, and followed
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Strategic Execution

• Support high-priority strategic initiatives
• Track progress and coordinate across teams
• Remove blockers and maintain execution momentum
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• MBA candidate (current or recent graduate from a top-tier program)
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and generative technologies
• Analytical mindset with ability to balance speed and depth
• Adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills
• High-quality standards with ownership of deliverables
