Your Tasks

• Strategy: Identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities in areas like new product categories, target groups, partnerships, and geographies.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market trend research, competitor benchmarking, and performance analysis to guide strategic planning.
• E-Commerce Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention) to identify areas for improvement across markets.
• Customer & Consumer Insights: Design and analyze surveys and focus groups to understand customer needs, brand perception, and product preferences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Retail, Marketing, and International teams to incorporate insights into campaigns and product development.
• Project Management: Lead strategic projects from idea to execution while ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.
• Location: Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• Languages: Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau), Excel, and SQL.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
