Environment

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team.

As part of our User-Facing Product Team, you will work closely with our Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to optimize our web acquisition funnels for kaufda.de, meinprospekt.de, and bonial.fr.

Your main goal will be to improve the acquisition funnel for our multi-user platform — increasing SEO visibility in an AI-driven landscape while enhancing the user experience. Additionally, you’ll lay the foundation for marketing technologies that empower our mobile marketing teams, acting as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data.

By connecting stakeholder needs and user insights into a cohesive big picture, you’ll help drive the success of all three brands and own the Acquisition Domain alongside your peers in Marketing and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes within the “Acquisition Domain” on web for kaufda.de, meinprospekt.de, and bonial.fr.
  • Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Designers, and SEO-focused stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right things, the right way.
  • Strategic Alignment: Own the big picture and ensure continuous alignment with overarching goals and OKRs.
  • Execution: Translate strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps, initiatives, and user stories.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and user/market research to ensure business needs and user value are met.
  • Validation: Formulate, test, and measure hypotheses to ensure initiatives deliver the intended outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams for maximum alignment across teams.
  • Enablement: Support Inbound Marketing by onboarding them to internal tools and optimizing workflows through automation and process improvements.
  • Integration: Provide product support for the Mobile Marketing team in tracking, attribution, and automation.
  • Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs across the acquisition funnel, ensuring a consistent view of progress and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders and leadership informed through clear, structured, and transparent communication.

Job Requirements

  • User Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience driving user acquisition, particularly for large-scale, SEO-driven platforms.
  • Marketing Technology Knowledge: Understanding of tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Adjust, and Sistrix (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable in iterative, experiment-driven environments; adaptable to change and learning.
  • Data-Informed Decision-Making: Skilled in defining measurable goals and tracking funnel outcomes through data.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify pain points, analyze data, and validate hypotheses early.
  • Prioritization: Strong ability to evaluate opportunities based on impact, effort, and alignment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Connects insights across domains to define clear paths toward long-term goals.
  • Business Acumen: Capable of evaluating ROI and linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Communication Excellence: Tailors messages for technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership with clarity and impact.
  • AI Literacy: Practical understanding of AI’s potential and limitations; collaborates effectively with Engineering and Data teams on AI initiatives.
  • CMS & Internal Tools Experience: Experience integrating and managing headless CMS systems in complex environments (buy & build principle).
  • Languages: Fluent in English; German and French are a plus.
  • Work Mode: Primarily on-site (minimum 80% weekly presence); on-site availability on Mondays and Thursdays is preferred.
