Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that simplifies buying and selling premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Job Summary

FreeWheel is seeking a dynamic Specialist, Sales Marketing based in New York City to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive programmatic activation across our tech portfolio. This role will support growth within our premium video ecosystem through strategies targeting publishers, agencies, advertisers, and technology partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive commercial activation across FreeWheel’s ad tech portfolio in partnership with Marketing and Revenue leadership.
  • Contribute to a team of marketing professionals to meet and exceed marketing goals.
  • Manage internal team communication and organizational tools to maximize productivity.
  • Partner with the larger marketing team to craft messaging and campaigns that position programmatic solutions effectively.
  • Execute content development, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives to drive incremental programmatic activity.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize go-to-market strategies, improve sales performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and competitive offerings in the programmatic space.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (revenue, client growth, commercial activity, client engagement) to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Generate industry intelligence (client and competitive), focusing on messaging, trends, rebuttals, and FAQs.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably focused on video advertising or ad tech.
  • General understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including CTV and programmatic.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience producing audience-specific materials that support sales initiatives, drive engagement, and enhance conversion.
  • Skilled at integrating data visualization and multimedia elements to elevate marketing collateral.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead trainings/presentations.
  • Passion for advertising and media, and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Team-oriented mindset: operate with a “We over Me” mentality.

Salary

Primary Location Pay Range: $75,335.04 – $113,002.56

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides, including potential commission or bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. For more details, visit Comcast’s careers site.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of relevant coursework and professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
