Join the Fight Against Climate Change
Apply your engineering skills to combat global warming and become part of the global movement for climate action.
About Seqana
Seqana is a startup building digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) tools using remote sensing and AI to drive soil carbon sequestration and support the transition to regenerative, climate-preserving agriculture at scale.
- Backed by venture capital investors
- Supported by public funding from ESA and DLR
- Focused on scalable solutions for soil organic carbon measurement
Capturing carbon in soils through regenerative agriculture is a powerful and underutilized solution to climate change. It also provides major co-benefits such as:
- Improved soil health
- Better water quality
- Greater food security
- Enhanced biodiversity
Existing MRV solutions often introduce high costs and operational complexity, limiting the scalability of carbon projects. At Seqana, we combine:
- Satellite imagery
- An extensive proprietary soil dataset library
- Machine learning models
This enables us to deliver an accurate, cost-effective, and scalable MRV solution for soil organic carbon. Our platform empowers:
- Project developers
- Agrifood corporations
- NGOs
- Government organizations
These partners can credibly measure, quantify, and report the climate impact of regenerative agricultural practices.
