We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to work at the nexus of our tech, product, and business development teams. In this role, you will help clients solve real problems by designing and implementing solutions that leverage our technology and machine learning models.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client pain points and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and business development teams.
• Design and develop solutions using our technology and machine learning models.
• Implement solutions in ways that are understandable and usable for clients and collaborators.
• Act as a technical liaison, communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background, ideally with experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to design practical, client-focused solutions.
• Experience implementing technical solutions in a business or client-facing context is a plus.
