Planet is a global company with employees working remotely worldwide and joining us from offices in San Francisco, Washington, DC, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and the Netherlands.
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will design complex solutions that demonstrate the value of Planet’s data and services, helping organizations within the German Defense and Intelligence community overcome their Earth observation data challenges.
You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development, to act as the voice of the customer and enhance Planet’s industry offerings.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Earth observation and enabling customer success across complex technical projects.

Benefits depend on employment type and geographical location and are provided in accordance with applicable law or company policy.
The expected starting gross salary range for this role is listed below. Individual placement within this range is determined objectively using gender-neutral criteria, including skills, qualifications, and professional experience.
This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or equity. In addition to the salary range below, the role is eligible to receive commission.
Germany Salary Range: €63,910–€79,870 EUR
Work Arrangement: Remote (#LI-REMOTE)
