As a Solution Advisor Manager (f/m/d) Sales Engineering MEE at WalkMe, you will lead a team of Solution Advisors supporting the DACH sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Solution Advisory, you will enable your team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations, support customer engagements, and act as trusted advisors to prospects and customers.

What You’ll Build

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    Lead and mentor a team of Solution Advisors across the MEE region while fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Customer-Focused Demonstrations:
    Partner with Account Executives to design tailored demonstrations that clearly showcase WalkMe’s value.
  • Proof-of-Value Execution:
    Ensure the consistent delivery of effective, value-based demos and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Customer Feedback Integration:
    Establish strong feedback loops between customers and product teams to help shape product priorities.
  • Sales Methodology Adoption:
    Drive the adoption of consistent sales methodologies such as Value Selling and Challenger Sale.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Support recruiting activities and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Performance Management:
    Track and report team performance against defined goals and regional sales targets.

What You Bring

  • Industry Experience:
    5–7 years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, including 2–3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.
  • Enterprise SaaS Expertise:
    Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop presales professionals.
  • Communication Excellence:
    Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Value-Based Selling Knowledge:
    Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
  • International Collaboration:
    Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first, international work environment.
  • Language Skills:
    Fluent in both German and English.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
