Position: Senior UA Manager

As a Senior UA Manager, your responsibility is to manage performance marketing campaigns across paid digital media channels, run bidding & creative optimization and experiments to improve performance, test new marketing channels, and provide insights into campaign performance. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative campaigns and experiments; proactively test different hypotheses to improve creative performance.
• Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external partners such as influencer agencies, ad networks, and app stores.
• Proactively research and develop new tests to improve campaign performance.
• Work closely with the product team to align user acquisition campaigns with product goals and features.
• Test our products and competitors to identify ways to improve marketing impact.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in user acquisition or mobile marketing, with a proven track record in the gaming industry.
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with at least 3 user acquisition channels such as SEM, social media, or native advertising.
• Experience managing large-scale global user acquisition campaigns and budgets.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies challenges and implements solutions effectively.
• Strong growth mindset—able to form hypotheses, test, and execute to improve business performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and experience managing major marketing initiatives.
• Mentor team members to improve workflow and performance.
• Proven track record in contributing to improvements in company workflow, processes, and tools.
