About the Role

We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Project Manager to lead high-profile tech integration projects on the Demand side of our business. You will be the key contact for clients and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, and Leadership teams.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of complex integration projects with major transportation providers from onboarding to go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, bridging communication between their teams and Distribusion’s internal teams.
  • Manage technical integrations end-to-end—requirements gathering, timeline planning, stakeholder alignment, testing, and launch execution.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and create documentation to help partners understand and implement our real-time API products.
  • Collaborate internally to identify blockers, align priorities, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Bring feedback from partners to improve our documentation, tooling, and integration experience.

Our headquarters is located in Berlin. We work with global teams and encourage collaboration in the office, while also offering flexible working options.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management or solution delivery, including 2+ years in consulting roles with complex, high-impact projects.
  • Industry experience in transportation, healthcare, telecom, or similar domains preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset—you can break down ambiguity and align teams on priorities.
  • Familiarity with APIs, architecture, sprint cycles, and system integrations (coding not required).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
