The programmatic advertising landscape is evolving — and the adjoe Ads team is at the forefront.
Our platform bridges publishers’ monetization needs with advertisers’ reach objectives through intelligent in-app bidding and strategic market insights.
The team’s mission is to unlock new revenue opportunities for every partner and push the boundaries of programmatic advertising.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build new gaming publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution, adjoe Ads.
  • Develop and execute a holistic sales strategy while owning quarterly and annual pipelines.
  • Establish and nurture a scalable system for managing and retaining publisher accounts.
  • Implement and leverage CRM tools in daily workflows to track progress across accounts and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to create go-to-market materials and grow adjoe Ads’ publisher portfolio.
  • Inform product strategy by feeding back publisher requirements to continuously improve the platform.
  • Represent adjoe Ads as a speaker and attendee at adtech industry events and conferences.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director of adjoe Ads.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of experience selling technology solutions to publishers, ideally in mobile ad tech or SDK sales.
  • CRM-driven – managing sales pipelines using CRM software comes naturally to you.
  • A confident networker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Revenue- and growth-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
  • A natural leader and mentor who enjoys sharing sales expertise with others.
  • Innovative and adaptable, consistently challenging the status quo and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Experienced in developing holistic sales strategies across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Goal-driven and resourceful when it comes to closing new publisher contracts.
  • A proficient public speaker with confidence presenting to industry audiences.
  • A strong existing network in the mobile adtech and gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of mobile adtech ecosystems and app economies.
