What Is the Role?

As a Security Specialist Solutions Architect, you will bring deep expertise in SIEM solutions, security technologies, and consultative selling to support customers in securing their data and infrastructure.

You will leverage your knowledge of vendor ecosystems, security architectures, and operational processes to help customers solve complex challenges, enhance incident response, and build modern, scalable security solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect next-generation security solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Elastic’s latest AI advancements to improve incident response.
• Harness the power of Elastic Security: Help organizations achieve their use case requirements and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Deliver compelling proof-of-value (POV) projects: Showcase Elastic Security’s detection, AI, and incident response capabilities, demonstrating how they can improve the analyst experience and shorten the time required to make informed decisions.
• Be a thought leader and evangelize our vision: Share your expertise through presentations, blog posts, and other channels, positioning Elastic as a leader in SIEM and Analytics.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing: Cultivate a collaborative environment within the Solutions Architecture team and across departments, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn about the evolving SIEM, Analytics, and related technology landscapes to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise PreSales.
• Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM and Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Knowledge of a wide range of security solutions, the types of data they produce, and how to build content that satisfies use case requirements.
• Background in forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation.
• Experience with behavioral analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success in consultative selling, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
• An unwavering commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Compensation

Compensation for this role consists of a base salary plus a variable component.

At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive, and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within relevant labour markets.

Final compensation within the applicable range will be determined by several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position.

Typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range, including base salary and variable compensation:

€105,100–€166,200 EUR
