About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software / Product Engineer to help build and scale our category-defining Platform Orchestrator. In this role, you will share ownership of how our products are built and evolved, contributing directly to our long-term vision and roadmap.

Our Technology Stack

• Microservices (APIs) written in Go, running on Kubernetes
• Web applications built with React and TypeScript
• CLI tools and supporting services primarily written in Go
• Automated testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Go, Robot Framework, Playwright, and more
• Infrastructure automation with Terraform / OpenTofu
• Emerging areas including chat-based interfaces built on third-party LLMs

What You Will Bring

Excellent Communication & Collaboration

• Comfort working fully remote using GitHub, Notion, Slack, Linear, Datadog, and modern IDEs
• Ability to balance deep focus with jumping on calls when needed
• End-to-end ownership—from design docs to customer calls and production debugging

Strong Problem-Solving & Coding Skills

• Experience designing solutions to real customer problems
• Ability to research use cases, write design documents, and implement clean, maintainable code

Hands-On Infrastructure Experience

• Comfort working with observability tools and understanding incidents or service degradation
• Experience participating in or supporting on-call or operational responsibilities

Pragmatism

• Ability to balance “perfect” with “good enough,” individually and as a team

Modern Cloud Experience

• Experience building and running applications on Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu), and modern CI/CD pipelines

What You Will Do

• Contribute to our core product, working primarily in Go across services that power our platform
• Design, build, and evolve scalable and reliable systems, including microservices, interfaces, and automated tests
• Collaborate closely across disciplines to explore problems, prototype solutions, and iterate quickly
• Continuously improve engineering practices through better abstractions, cleaner interfaces, and strong testing
