About the Role

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will drive traffic to our marketplaces and convert it into sales through data-driven, performance-oriented advertising.

Your Tasks

• Take full responsibility for Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts with a focus on Shopping and App campaigns
• Optimize Merchant Center data architecture using AI-driven enrichment (e.g., LLM-based optimization)
• Manage the full lifecycle of App Install (AC) and Engagement (ACe) campaigns
• Design and implement effective account structures tailored to business needs
• Apply frameworks like Hagakure where appropriate
• Build automated monitoring systems and anomaly detection alerts
• Execute continuous A/B testing strategies for campaigns and feeds
• Optimize feed management processes and cross-channel performance
• Leverage deep-linking strategies to enhance web-to-app journeys

Your Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical/data-related field
• Strong experience with Google Shopping accounts and large data feeds
• Hands-on experience in App Marketing (UAC/MMPs)
• Automation-first mindset (Google Ads Scripts, No-Code tools, Python)
• AI-first approach using tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Strong understanding of post-cookie / ATT landscape and performance metrics (POAS vs ROAS)
• Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing skills
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
