As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Tools, Automations & AI), you will own and evolve our commercial systems architecture. Your focus will be on building, optimizing, and scaling the tools and processes that power our Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.

You will translate commercial initiatives into structured workflows, automation logic, CRM architecture, and scalable data systems — enabling customer-facing teams to spend less time on administrative work and more time building customer relationships.

This role is critical in operationalizing major commercial initiatives and building scalable infrastructure for future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the commercial toolstack — Take full ownership of HubSpot and connected GTM systems such as Aircall, Clay, and Zapier, including architecture, integrations, and scalability.
  • Build and implement CRM automations — Design and maintain complex multi-object workflows including lifecycle management, renewal triggers, routing logic, structured handovers, and AI-enhanced data flows.
  • Drive structural system improvements — Lead CRM architecture initiatives such as object restructuring, organizational modeling, support/account management integration, and documentation automation.
  • Leverage AI in operational workflows — Integrate AI-driven processes including scoring models, enrichment workflows, AI automation steps, and API-based solutions.
  • Ensure data and process quality — Establish standards for data integrity, eliminate duplicates, monitor workflow errors, and maintain clean data flows across systems.
  • Reduce operational overhead — Automate repetitive tasks and simplify workflows to maximize productivity for Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support commercial teams operationally — Resolve tooling and administrative requests efficiently while continuously improving systems based on team feedback.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Account Management, Support, Marketing, and Product. You’ll report directly to the Interim Head of Sales and act as the operational backbone of the commercial organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a scale-up company.
  • 3+ years of experience as a CRM owner/admin, including at least 2 years of recent HubSpot administration experience.
  • Proven expertise managing commercial toolstacks, including complex workflow design, integrations, and end-to-end process ownership.
  • Experience with low-code automation tools such as n8n, Retool, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI into operational workflows and working with AI agents such as Claude Code.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to read, write, and debug queries.
  • Experience working with structured databases such as BigQuery or similar technologies.
  • Fluency in English.
