Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Produce high-impact marketing and sales materials, focusing on customer engagement and lead generation.
• Design visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency and high design standards.
• Monitor communication KPIs, analyze data, and suggest improvements for performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing creative direction and feedback to elevate output quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure all design outputs align with brand vision and organizational standards.
• Maintain and organize an internal design asset database (photos, videos, etc.) for efficient access and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in professional graphic design and corporate communication (e.g., marketing, business development).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint for creating visual content independently.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Suite.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies to optimize designs for impact.
• Design or UX certifications (e.g., CPUX or similar) are a plus.
