Why This Role Matters

As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we scale, operate, and optimize our commercial engine.
You’ll own our tooling, streamline processes, and fuel data-driven decisions across the sales organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Continuously improve commercial processes by automating and optimizing how the sales team operates
  • Own the GTM toolstack – including Hubspot, Clay, Calendly, Aircall, and more
  • Drive performance through data – building dashboards and reports to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and campaign analysis
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to operationalize campaigns and improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive holistic revenue growth across the entire customer journey

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with GTM leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to scale a fast-paced, high-growth commercial org.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t believe in checklists — but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:

  • 3–5 years in commercial roles, including 2+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including process optimization and design
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS commercial processes and their impact on performance outcomes
  • Experience with GTM tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Clay, Aircall), Google Sheets, and intermediate SQL skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong execution skills and clear communication in English
  • A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
