(Senior) Project Manager – Corporate Development

About the Team

The Corporate Development & Innovation department drives the strategic advancement of MOIA as a leading tech company in autonomous driving.

Acting as a central interface between corporate strategy, technological innovation, and business development, the team plays a key role in securing the company’s long-term competitiveness.

The focus lies on:

  • Company development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Expanding existing business models
  • Unlocking scalable, data-driven models for autonomous mobility and delivery applications
  • Building strategic partnerships with technology and mobility companies
  • Leading funding activities and capital measures

Through an interdisciplinary and innovation-driven approach, the team actively shapes the future of autonomous mobility while strengthening MOIA’s innovation capacity and competitive position.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute strategic growth and M&A projects with high company-wide relevance
  • Drive corporate development initiatives with ownership of project-related business cases
  • Evaluate companies, technologies, and competitors to identify strategic investment opportunities
  • Create management presentations and decision-making materials in close collaboration with C-level leadership
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners while collaborating with senior stakeholders

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Development, or Corporate Development
  • Experience leading or independently managing strategic projects
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of business model development, ideally within SaaS or platform business environments
  • Expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships, preferably in mobility, technology, or automotive sectors
  • Fluent German and English skills (minimum B2/C1 level) in written and spoken business communication
  • High level of ownership, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurial mindset

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications
