About the Role: Senior Product Manager – Hotel Operations Team (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in our Munich office. You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing essential features for our platform’s core operations—driving scalability, usability, and innovation across the PMS landscape.

How You Make an Impact

• Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear short- and mid-term team goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, onboarding, marketing, compliance, customers, and partners
• Make confident product decisions, even when data is incomplete
• Conduct user research and translate feedback into actionable requirements
• Analyze experiments and validate improvement hypotheses
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features
• Own product delivery and track roadmap milestones
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog: epics, stories, bugs, and tech debt
• Work closely with early adopters and customer success to ensure usability
• Evaluate API changes and develop technical/user documentation
• Lead release management and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support internal teams with product-related questions and insights

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in a senior product management role at a B2B SaaS or tech-driven company
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proven ability to deliver product features in complex environments
• Experience in Agile development and backlog/priority management
• Deep understanding of modern product development best practices
• Based in Munich (or willing to relocate) and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week
• A genuine interest in building software that redefines global hospitality
