Your Role

Join our B2B tech team, working on:

• Our offer tool, operating system, and installation manager
• Digitizing workflows for installation companies
• Enabling customers to make efficient and informed decisions

You’ll be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences and visually engaging UIs that drive business goals and improve user satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define user problems, lead discovery phases, and create intuitive user flows
• Create high-fidelity interactive designs and iterate based on feedback
• Translate complex business problems into clear, user-centric design solutions
• Contribute to our design system and improve UX patterns
• Champion user-focused design within a cross-functional, mission-driven team

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design for Web, iOS, or Android platforms
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of accessibility standards
• Ability to simplify complex systems into elegant interfaces
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the climate tech industry
• Fluency in German
