Senior Product Analyst

JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with the Rewarding team, analyzing how rewards influence user retention and engagement.

You will leverage correlational analysis, machine learning, and simulation techniques to understand user behavior, design experiments, and drive impactful product decisions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about mathematical problem-solving, thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, and is eager to go beyond the numbers to understand what truly drives user behavior.

Your Responsibilities

• Simulate user behavior at scale using techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations
• Apply machine learning algorithms (segmentation, regression, classification)
• Develop frameworks, metrics, and visualizations to measure rewards, retention, and engagement
• Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns and key drivers
• Conduct churn analysis and build churn prediction models
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and manage experimentation roadmap
• Solve complex optimization problems using analytical and ML methods
• Collaborate with engineering to define data collection strategies

What You Bring

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in analytics (Product Analyst or Data Scientist), or 3+ years with advanced degree
• Experience with correlational analysis (churn, stickiness, VIP, fraud)
• Strong skills in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with Machine Learning (clustering, regression, classification)
• Experience with statistical modeling and best practices
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
• Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations, Multi-Armed Bandits, XGBoost, SVD
• Experience managing gaming economy or pricing in B2C products
