Senior Platform Solutions Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Platform Solutions Engineer to support system-level bring-up, debug, and validation of GPU and SoC product platforms. This role offers opportunities to work with groundbreaking technologies and solve complex challenges as part of our Silicon Solutions Team. We are responsible for transforming NVIDIA’s chips into world-class consumer, professional, server, mobile, and automotive products.

What You Will Be Doing

• Silicon and board bring-up, validation, and debug from prototype through production stages
• Qualification of GPU and SoC systems, including feature checks, stress testing under PVT (process, voltage, temperature) conditions, and tray/module-level platform enablement and debugging
• Collaborate with teams across PCB design, architecture, mechanical and thermal engineering, and product management to ensure robust platform validation
• Debug complex ASIC and PCB issues involving logic design, signal integrity, and power delivery
• Understand and contribute to next-generation chip and platform architecture, test planning, scripting, and implementation
• Develop understanding of system power, thermal, and performance-related hardware features
• Innovate new methodologies to enhance and optimize silicon validation processes

What We Need to See

• BTech/BE or MTech/ME in Electronics or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of board and system-level design and silicon bring-up
• Platform design experience with a focus on data center hardware architecture and product lifecycle
• Deep understanding of system components like CPU, GPU, Networking, BMC, and peripherals
• Familiarity with x86, ARM, and GPU system architectures in server environments
• Exceptional problem-solving and hardware debugging capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in global, culturally diverse teams

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $168,000 – $310,500 USD (dependent on location, experience, and internal parity)

You will also be eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
