We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Platform Engineer (f/m/x) to join our fast-growing HQ in Berlin.

About the Role

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help grow our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), empowering engineers with greater autonomy and efficiency when delivering changes to customers.

You will also contribute to upgrading and automating the infrastructure that powers the audibene platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve our infrastructure platform
• Build and automate high-performance, scalable systems
• Identify developer bottlenecks and expand platform solutions to improve DevEx
• Detect and resolve issues within our core infrastructure and tooling ecosystem
• Take ownership of platform-led technical initiatives from architecture to implementation

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python or Go) used in customer-facing solutions
• Deep infrastructure expertise: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience with distributed computing technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pulsar)
• Proven experience reducing developer cognitive load and enhancing Developer Experience (DevEx)
• Strong background in system administration and infrastructure maintenance
