About Our Ecommerce Management Team

Our Ecommerce Management Team helps clients expand their business and geographic reach
through strategic guidance and execution across digital advertising and retail,
optimizing conversion across all major platforms.

About the Role

Our Advertising team is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads,
Amazon SEA (f/m/d) to support our clients in growing their online business.

This is a full-time position based in Hamburg.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Own all Amazon marketing activities for existing and new clients,
  including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMG
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns based on
  defined performance goals
• Develop tailored campaign strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives
• Support and mentor other campaign managers through professional sparring
  and continuous process, tool, and reporting improvements
• Evolve our consulting and service portfolio by identifying new market
  and technology developments to deliver real value to clients
• Advance your career by taking on increased responsibility, leadership
  opportunities, and strategic initiatives within the team

Who You Are

• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a drive to continuously expand your expertise
• 2–4+ years of professional experience in online and performance marketing
• In-depth experience with Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console),
  ideally including DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and data analysis
• Highly analytical with strong technical understanding and solution orientation
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Proactive and well-organized, able to prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
