Senior Manager Sustainability Commercialization

About this Position

Drive the successful commercialization of sustainability across Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ business units and regions. As a Sustainability Commercialization Manager, you will develop and implement strategies that turn sustainability into a competitive advantage—boosting revenue from sustainable solutions and reducing reliance on transitioner products.

What You’ll Do

• Create and implement a strategic framework to commercialize sustainability as a business differentiator
• Develop toolkits, models, and workshops to support market strategy and sustainability value propositions
• Ensure alignment with initiatives including portfolio transformation, data transparency, and team upskilling
• Partner with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to accelerate sustainable product commercialization
• Support the reduction of transitioner products through strategic sales approaches
• Enhance sales enablement via sustainability-driven marketing and value-based selling
• Streamline access to sustainability data and internal tools
• Upskill the sales force on sustainability-focused selling techniques to strengthen customer relationships

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, business marketing, or a related field
• Approx. 10 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing or Business Development
• Proven track record of commercializing sustainable solutions in industrial sectors
• Strong background in market strategy, value proposition development, and sales enablement
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Hands-on approach to driving strategic sustainability initiatives
• Experience in setting or managing sustainability KPIs is a plus
• Fluent in English
