We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Tech Projects to operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. In this role, you will drive key initiatives, translate vision into action, and ensure applike’s most critical projects are delivered with excellence.

What You Will Do

• Own and drive the strategic agenda across key initiatives
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business
• Design and implement scalable processes and organizational structures
• Conduct tech, market, and competitive analysis (AdTech, data, emerging technologies)
• Translate strategy into actionable execution plans
• Prepare and present executive-level communications and proposals

Your Profile

• 3–4 years experience in strategy consulting (MBB), VC, or Chief of Staff roles
• Proven track record in technical project leadership
• Strong technical understanding (software, data systems, architecture)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German (C1)
