In this role, you will help advance the state of the art of our Marketplace MLOps platform, working on impactful use cases
that influence both our business and the daily experiences of our users.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Developing and maintaining high-performance, data-driven systems in a distributed infrastructure that directly impact marketplace performance.
• Streamlining online serving of traditional ML models to enable faster A/B tests and reduce time-to-market.
• Enhancing our MLOps platform to support cutting-edge AI algorithms.
• Establishing ML observability best practices to enable self-healing systems and automatic data drift detection.
• Implementing and optimizing solutions for business-critical challenges as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Collaborating with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Platform Engineers to elevate MLOps across Marketplace and FREE NOW.

To Be Successful in This Role

• You have experience training, deploying, serving, and observing statistical/ML models in production on large-scale datasets.
• You have experience developing and maintaining high-throughput microservices in production environments.
• You are familiar with model registries and experiment tracking (ideally MLflow), as well as ML libraries and data manipulation tools.
• You excel as a team player and avid learner, with strong collaboration skills across data, tech, product, and stakeholder teams.
• You can communicate effectively in English—our shared company language alongside Python.
• You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and motivated to shape the future of urban transportation.
• Experience with streaming and real-time processing (e.g., Kafka Streams, Apache Flink) is a strong plus.
