Work Flexibility
- Hybrid working: Work mobile within Germany in consultation with your manager.
- International mobility: Work remotely from abroad for up to 30 days a year, under specific conditions and in selected countries.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive financial controlling of global logistics operations, including distribution, warehousing, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate and integrate financial planning, reporting, and analysis across global distribution centers and logistics functions.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting while identifying operational and financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to Finance and Logistics stakeholders, as well as Diagnostics Business Lines.
- Partner with logistics teams to drive improvement projects for the global distribution network.

Your Qualifications and Experience
- Completed studies in business or finance; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Several years of experience in financial analysis and operational controlling.
- Experience in the medical device industry and supply chain is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills in supply chain functions, paired with data analytics expertise.
- Knowledge in data visualization and analytics with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Solid understanding of financial planning processes, KPIs, and their connection to operational processes.
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across functions.
- Proven experience supporting business decisions through financial analysis, communication, and project management.
Your Attributes and Skills
- Business fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools such as Jedox, SAP, and other reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Strong organizational and team-working abilities.
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
