Senior Customer Success Manager / Learning Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager / Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs covering AI, Data, and Personal Productivity:

  • Customer Partnership & Success
  • Operations & Project Management
  • Learning Consulting & Program Design

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations and collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and a team of experienced Learning Consultants.

Tasks

Customer Partnership & Success

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships in collaboration with Sales, understanding their unique training needs and challenges.
  • Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews, and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
  • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
  • Manage risks and identify upsell opportunities.

Operations & Project Management

  • Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
  • Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
  • Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.

Learning Consulting & Program Design

  • Lead the architecture and design of blended learning programs.
  • Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
  • Iterate and optimize programs based on learner data and evidence.

Your Impact

  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs, measured by NPS.
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes such as hours saved or confidence in AI adoption.
  • Shape and evolve our learning methodology together with the team.

Requirements

Necessary

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably serving L&D departments in large enterprises.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, persuade, and support enterprise clients.
  • Experience in a startup (10–50 employees) and the motivation to take ownership and shape the company.
  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
  • Documentation mindset — as a remote-first company, we document all processes for seamless collaboration.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with “Winning by Design”.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to read and build reports.
