About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Senior IT Support Engineer to build and scale our IT infrastructure during a period of rapid growth.

This role is key to ensuring efficient operations, strong security, and scalable systems while supporting day-to-day IT needs across the organization.

  • Location: Hybrid in Berlin
  • Reporting to: VP Engineering

Your Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain hardware (workstations, printers, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure and connectivity across offices
  • Manage vendors (ISPs, telecom providers, suppliers)
  • Handle access control (roles, permissions, account management)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer workplace tools (Email, Calendar, Storage, Video Conferencing)
  • Provide day-to-day IT support via ticketing systems globally
  • Support and contribute to IT infrastructure projects

Who You Are

  • Experience in System and Network Administration
  • Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VPN, Routing & Switching
  • Familiar with MacOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Experience with cloud identity management, MDM, and asset management
  • Knowledge of Meraki or Ubiquiti networks is a plus
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Problem solver with a passion for helping others
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
