What You Will Do

  • Organize and steer HR-related aspects for new regions (e.g., employment models, contracts, benefits, insurance, pensions, benchmarks)
    • Create an HR Go-To-Market blueprint
    • Support the opening of new regions with all HR-related aspects
    • Manage cross-team communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Oversee key annual HR cycles (performance reviews, salary increases, promotion cycles)
  • Support and improve core HR processes and initiatives
    • Evaluate and implement new tools, projects, and processes (e.g., payroll improvement, HR ticket systems)
    • Review and adjust existing or create new processes
    • Ensure cross-team communication and stakeholder management
    • Lead or contribute to special HR or cross-functional projects
  • Own and develop the cross-regional salary and benefits landscape in collaboration with TA, HR Managers, and the business.
  • Support the HR team with ongoing and ad hoc matters (e.g., payroll preparation).

Who You Are

  • Experience: 7+ years in HR, with a proven track record in leading projects and implementing impactful initiatives.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, HR, or comparable field. Project/process management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in multi-company and multi-region environments during growth and expansion phases.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topics.
  • Excellent project management and process optimization skills.
  • Analytical mindset, structured work style, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and locations.
  • English and German at B2 level or above.
