As part of a project for the German Sustainability Award and our corporate community, we have already created over 3,200 company profiles and 1,000 sustainability solutions. Our platform and community continue to grow daily.

Your Impact

At Score4More, you will use your technical expertise to:

• Develop the largest global impact platform to drive sustainable transformation.
• Build new features that help companies navigate sustainability data and find solutions.
• Automate scoring and data analytics to assess companies’ sustainability performance.

Position Details

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Remote, hybrid, or from our Potsdam office (Main residency in Germany required)
• Start Date: May 2025
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: Transparent salary system with share program
• Vacation: 26 days

Your Responsibilities

• Software Development: Build and optimize the front-end and back-end for seamless user experience and scalability.
• DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure setup.
• API & System Design: Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
• AI/ML Integration: Support embedding AI/ML models into the platform.
• Collaboration & Code Quality: Work with designers, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain clean, test-driven code.
• Recruitment & Culture: Participate in hiring, mentor team members, and shape the tech culture.

Your Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Full-Stack Expertise (6+ years): JavaScript/TypeScript/React (front-end) and Python (back-end).
• Data & AI/ML (3+ years): Experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum/Kanban.
• Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks and scalable architectures.
• Containerization & DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Test-Driven Development: Commitment to writing clean and well-tested code.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Passion for staying updated with industry trends.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Effective in remote-first, distributed teams.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to grow into a technical lead role.
• Start-Up Experience: Experience in early-stage environments.
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• DevOps & CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI)
• API & System Design (REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures)
• Cloud & Serverless (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL)
