Senior Financial Accountant

Join Our Finance Team at INERATEC

Our Finance department is looking for energetic reinforcement! As a
Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in shaping our
IFRS and SAP-based accounting landscape. You will work closely with our
division manager and CFO, helping lay the foundation for INERATEC’s scaling
journey in a dynamic, international, and investor-financed environment.

Your Tasks

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Create the first consolidated financial statements based on HGB and IFRS standards
• Generate meaningful reports for management and investors, including plausibility checks of key financial figures
• Further develop accounting structures and processes within SAP Business ByDesign
• Act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Work closely with Controlling and other internal departments
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and international investor reporting standards

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an accountant or senior/group accountant in a medium-sized group or fast-growing company
• Deep knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and consolidation tools (SAP is a plus)
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a passion for dynamic work environments
• Experience in plant engineering, the chemical or energy industry is a plus
• Very good spoken and written German, and good English skills
