Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. DevSecOps (DSO) Engineer to join our radar programs within the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) Software Department. You’ll work 100% onsite in Tewksbury, MA, developing and delivering critical software capabilities that support systems like NASAMS and the Air Defense Operations Center (ADOC). The ideal candidate will bring DevSecOps expertise, agile development experience, and strong collaboration skills to support continuous delivery and system integration.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable software in an Agile development environment.
• Support DevSecOps pipeline development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software into complex radar and C2 systems.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and provide input on trade-offs and best practices.
• Support debugging and defect resolution in deployed environments.
• Recommend and implement improvements in software build and release processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with DevSecOps tools and principles (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience in Agile development environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with radar systems and missile defense software architectures.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Artifactory, Bitbucket, GitHub, or Jenkins.
• Strong leadership and technical communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience leading technical discussions and solutions.
• Ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced development environment with critical deadlines.

Clearance Requirements

An active and transferable DoD Secret clearance is required. Only U.S. citizens are eligible.

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite at our Tewksbury, MA location. Onsite employees are essential to product development and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD (Based on experience)
