Senior DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team, which is responsible for the unification and automation of processes by combining code, application maintenance, and application management in our AUTO1 Group Technology Department.

Your New Role

• Oversee and manage information security programs and systems to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data
• Provide security expertise across various environments and technologies
• Advise teams and business units on best practices and vulnerability mitigation
• Conduct technical security assessments using open-source and commercial tools
• Design new security technologies to support a dynamic business environment
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the security framework and raise awareness
• Promote technical and non-technical security best practices across AUTO1

Your Skills

• Background in endpoint security, log management, vulnerability scanning, IDS/IPS
• 5+ years of hands-on Information Security experience
• Expertise in computer forensics and investigations
• Experience with network security controls in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• Ability to identify and explain common application layer vulnerabilities
• Expert knowledge of networking and web protocols (TCP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP/HTTPS)
• Strong understanding of authentication, permissions, encryption, and key management
• Familiarity with GDPR, PCI, and other compliance standards
• Comfortable with *nix systems and command line
• Daily use of scripting languages like Python or Go
• Excellent communication skills with both peers and executives
