What You’ll Do

  • Create and implement models and solutions to optimize marketing decision-making within Emma’s tech platform.
  • Measure marketing performance using attribution analysis, incremental testing, and media mix modeling, then translate insights into budget strategies.
  • Handle end-to-end analysis: data preparation, model training, evaluation, and interpretation.
  • Own and elevate ML, advanced statistics, and predictive modeling best practices within the Marketing Intelligence team.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analysts to drive marketing success.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Academic credentials: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Data Scientist role in an industry setting.
  • ML expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Python proficiency: Skilled in libraries like scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • MLOps & cloud: Experience with AWS services, model deployment, version control.
  • Production know-how: Ideally experienced in deploying, maintaining, and updating models in production systems.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate findings clearly.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English, comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
