As a Senior Data Engineer, you will drive data strategy across the company—building scalable pipelines, optimizing our data warehouse, enabling predictive analytics, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll work at the core of business-critical insights, helping to shape the future of Crewmeister.

Responsibilities

• Design, extend, and maintain a professional, structured, and centralized data warehouse
• Manage data pipelines from multiple internal and external systems
• Oversee access management and data permissions
• Deliver and maintain company-wide KPIs with consistent visualizations to track performance and trends
• Develop specialized dashboards for individual business departments
• Create predictive models to forecast customer behavior, trends, and risks
• Support data-driven decision making through accurate, actionable insights
• Mentor and lead interns and working students

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering (preferably in SaaS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building and optimizing data warehouses (BigQuery a plus)
• Experience integrating diverse data sources, including APIs and third-party systems
• Comfortable with BI tools and visualization platforms (Google LookerStudio a plus)
• Experience with predictive modeling, time series, and customer behavior analytics
• Familiarity with ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent English
