About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Commercial Intelligence Team within the Commercial Analytics unit.

In this highly visible role, you will strengthen our analytics capabilities by developing scalable reporting solutions, analytical products, and data standards that support pricing, marketing, revenue management, and commercial decision-making. Working closely with Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing teams, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive profitable and sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics
  • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Develop scalable analytical products that support business decision-making.
• Business Intelligence
  • Identify new reporting opportunities and continuously improve existing analytical processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Data Analysis
  • Translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights.
  • Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation & Quality
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and accuracy of analytical products.
• Revenue Optimization
  • Support revenue optimization initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Contribute to improving profitability and sustainable commercial growth.
• Knowledge Sharing
  • Promote best practices and contribute to the continuous development of the analytics team.

Your Profile

• Professional Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Technical Skills
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience building analytical models and dashboards using Power BI connected to Snowflake.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
  • Experience with Python, Power Platform, Jenkins, GitLab, VS Code, or AI tools is considered an advantage.
• Analytics & Communication
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ways of Working
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on, proactive, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
• Languages
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
