Tasks

• Data Analysis & Insights: Enable tactical and strategic decision-making through insightful analyses, predictive models, and dashboards
• Predictive Analytics: Build and interpret models to forecast Lifetime Value (LTV) and user behavior, optimizing marketing spend and strategy
• A/B Testing: Design, analyze, and interpret experiments to improve marketing performance
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, user acquisition, and data engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role
• Strong background in consumer apps

Technical Proficiency

• Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis tools
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python
• Experience with DBT and cloud data warehouses is a plus

Predictive Analytics

• Experience building predictive models and forecasting LTV
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts relevant to marketing analytics

Data Visualization

• Experience with tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

Analytical Mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach
• Ability to work with complex datasets and extract actionable insights

Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

Adaptability

• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
