Meet the Team: Programmatic Solutions

The Programmatic Solutions team builds adjoe’s real-time ad network and intelligent bidding systems.

• Develop machine learning-powered bidding algorithms
• Own Android/iOS SDKs for ad delivery and tracking
• Build dashboards and APIs for publishers
• Operate in a real-time environment where milliseconds matter

What You Will Do

• Work on high-impact data projects that drive business outcomes
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines (dbt, Airflow)
• Design scalable data collection and validation processes
• Perform data analysis using statistical and data mining techniques
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance
• Support and evaluate A/B testing experiments
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and compliance
• Stay updated with latest analytics tools and trends

Your Profile

• 5+ years experience in data analysis or related fields
• Background in AdTech is highly preferred
• Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL (Window Functions, CTEs, complex data structures)
• Expertise in Trino/Athena optimization at scale (5TB+ daily data)
• Strong Python skills for data processing and analysis
• Deep understanding of statistics (A/B testing, Bayesian methods)
• Experience with data pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow)

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics engineering
• Strong domain expertise in identifying business opportunities through data
