What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience developing software in large-scale production systems, ideally using Golang.
- Strong foundation in microservices, event sourcing, cloud-native infrastructure, and clean code best practices.
- Comfort with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Proven success working in agile, cross-functional teams with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Desire to join a high-performance engineering culture built on cooperation and innovation.
- Innovative mindset and ability to recognize opportunities to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in FinTech or payments is a plus.
