Senior B2B Product Manager

Your mission

• You develop and communicate a clear Nitrado B2B product vision and product strategy aligned with business goals.
• You define a prioritized product roadmap with well-defined milestones and timelines.
• You identify and prioritize features and integrations based on business value and customer impact.
• You define and implement pricing strategies and models optimized for B2B clients, considering market dynamics and value proposition.
• You create concepts and business cases covering detailed goals, business objectives, risks  and detailed specifications
• You proactively engage with key customers and account management to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• You establish mechanisms for transparent communication and feedback loops between customers, product teams, and leadership.
• You serve as a champion for the voice of the B2B customer within the organization, advocating for customer-centric decision-making and improvements to ensure that their needs are met.
• You take calculated risks to pursue high-reward opportunities, balancing innovation with practical considerations.
• You analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• You drive innovation initiatives to enhance product offerings and maintain competitiveness.

Your profile

• You have a proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in the gaming or E-Commerce sector and.
• You have a general understanding of the gaming industry, including popular game titles, trends, and player behavior.
• You are familiar with various game genres and the specific requirements of game server hosting.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical teams, marketing teams, and customers.
• You have excellent project management and communication skills.
• You have a data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
• You are able to work collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders.
• You have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
