Senior Autonomous Vehicle Partnership Manager to drive partnerships across the AV ecosystem.

Your Role

In this role, you will lead autonomous vehicle (AV) partnerships across Europe, managing relationships
end-to-end while identifying new opportunities and shaping Lyft’s presence in the region.

• Own AV partner relationships across Europe
• Drive new partnership opportunities and pipeline growth
• Shape Lyft’s position as a leading AV commercialization partner
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

Your Daily Adventures

• Manage partner relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact
• Lead complex negotiations and coordinate cross-functional input
• Identify and develop new AV partnership opportunities
• Track deliverables, milestones, and proactively resolve risks
• Expand existing partnerships and scale deployments
• Ensure reporting obligations and commitments are met
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new entrants
• Collaborate with regional teams to align on strategy
• Contribute to global AV business development strategy

What You Bring

• 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships
• Deep knowledge of the European mobility or automotive ecosystem
• Established network with AV companies, OEMs, or fleet operators
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party commercial relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Additional languages: German, French, or Spanish
• Experience working with Chinese technology companies
• Knowledge of EU mobility regulations
