Your Role – What Awaits You

• Define and refine the product vision and strategy for our search and recommendation engines
• Lead and mentor two cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and analysts
• Conduct user research and A/B tests to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points
• Use data-driven insights and KPIs to optimize search accuracy and recommendation relevance
• Stay up to date with technological advancements and competitor trends to drive innovation
• Present updates on product performance and roadmap progress to key stakeholders

Your Profile – What We Expect From You

• Several years of experience building and scaling search or recommendation systems
• Strong engineering or data science background with knowledge of relevant algorithms and infrastructure
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset with deep analytical capabilities
• Customer-obsessed, with a strong sense for identifying pain points and crafting innovative solutions
• Passion for working in an international, English-speaking team culture
